Made from 100% cattle beef, this premium, long-strand corned beef is cooked the old-fashioned way, specially cured and seasoned to perfection.

So, there was craze online specially among the OFWs bringing this to the states. I see this in the shelves but didnt bother to try it, the packaging was just not like the rest, i mean compare that to the other canned corned beef, it doesnt catch you attention if you dont know what it is. Unless you know it then the twist happens you will easily find it. 

We did a usual dry style with cube potatoes and onion. I tried it right off the can, and maybe 3 scoops to air fry it to make it crispy.

This is some serious meat, You can see the strands. This is what i was looking for from swift but this is like super way better. This is good for soup base as they dont fall apart right away and the strands are pretty pronouced.

From the can, it tasted like those belonging to the top tier corned beef. It wasnt far from purefoods. It's like strands vs price, if i want the strands for a corned beef soup then here it is since swift is hard to find. But for just the daily corned beef, then purefoods.

This do have more of the natural beef taste to it and the fats, unlike other canned corned beef, this will render natural fats and the can itself has more fats than others.

For the airfry version, purefoods was a winner for me since it became crunchy and brittle, while this one because of the strands, although the end parts of the strand became crunchy the middle parts of the chunch became a little tough like a tapa style.

They do have some variations, which was not available, only ranch and gralic and chili, so we opted to get the ranch which i think is the original.

Over all I like this, this is not like Libby McNeil & Libby Cooked Corned Beef, but definitely not your cheap tasting corned beef. I would like purefoods tier. I like this for the strands which wins over purefoods a hundred times. This will be your go to if you need longer strands and structure for soup, or sandwich.

And it has that authentic beef taste and mouth feel. 

This will not be in the tops since the tops categor are the more afoordable canned corned beef or smaller in size hence lower in price.
