What is this?

Recently have you noticed this email from PDS.com.ph The PDS Group. Philippine Depository & Trust Corp. (PDTC)

Perhaps this has something to do with their system, or mail system, that multiple reports are being sent.

Anyway, people are asking what is this, if this is legit or not, since it haa password protected encrypted attachment and is being tagged as unsafe.

Thanks to the people in reddit, this is legit, and that they password is the last 6 characters of this part - Dear Sir/Madam XXXXXYYYYYY.

So I tried it, I downloaded the PDF file and entered the last 6 character and true enough, i have a report of the prefered stocks holdings. In the reddit they were talking about REIT holdings.
